An unruggable yield farm from 2020 resurges to seize the meme reigns once again.

Created by the nefarious and shadowy anon dev Tim Templeton, ROTTENSWAP is back for another punch in the face to the DeFi community.
Half the links don’t work, the TG is deleted, the original Twitter is dead, and we don’t have the contract keys. Tim cashed out via FixedFloat last summer.
We’re home free.
hydrate.eth, the last admin standing, does a ROT NFT drop every year for the culture.
The contracts have weathered the storm of 4 years of DeFi, multiple pumps & dumps, bridge hacks, etc and has come out stronger than ever. (worth nothing, ROTTENTOKEN wasn’t even sold by the Harmomy bridge hackers lmao)
But what keeps everyone coming back?
We’re stumped too, but fuck it, let’s do this. Current plans:
- Do a free NFT mint & giveaways during October like usual
- Recreate censor-free Telegram with bots and cool shit
- Compile all of the old memes and make new ones
- Take the degeneracy to the next level
- Maybe make a new UI for ROTTENSWAP which would include updated Telegram, Twitter, Meme Archive, pics of Tim’s mom in lingerie, etc
This is just for fun and there’s no pressure. There’s no leaders, no funds, just degens wasting their time on the internet.

THE ZOMBIE CHEF
Since you skipped the articles, let’s get into it:
The Zombie Chef cooks up (inflates the fucking supply) by 50 $ROT per Ethereum block.
BUT ROT IS FUCKING ROTTEN, SO IT DECOMPOSES INTO MAGGOT
2.5% of ROT is burned per transaction, and converted into MAGGOT token.
If there’s enough volume, the supply will deflate.
The ROTTENSWAP github is still available for review, and all of Tim’s contracts are verified on Etherscan, though they are not renounced.
The only liquidity is that added by users. There’s no team liquidity since this is a yield farm token. Add liquidity on Uniswap v2, then stake on ROTTENSWAP DOT ORG to earn ROT every block.
HOW TO DUMP:
Exchange MAGGOT on UNISWAP or MATCHA for ROT, or vice versa. ROT is the only way to buy MAGGOT unless users add their own WETH liquidity.
ROT ON DEXTOOLS & MAGGOT on DEXTOOLS
Note: You can buy ROT with Ethereum, Sushi, Uni and NICEEEE, etc. You’ll notice the pools arbitraging after buys on the WETH pool.
ALERT: If the APY looks juicy, check and see if there’s any actual liquidity in the pool. A lot of the non ROT pools won’t give much bang for your buck. Once you stake (even a small amount) the APY can go down drastically.
The ROT/MAGGOT pool earns 40% of all ROT generated per block, the best APY pool by a significant margin.
LARPing as a DAO:
The ROTTENSWAP Snapshot page is functional, does not require a Gitcoin passport, and may be used for upcoming NFT giveaways. There’s a custom function on the /rot Snapshot page to allow you to vote even if you’re farming.
Revive the old proposal system from the dead and use it if you wish.
HORSEFLY was a fork of MAGGOT that was voted into existence in fall of 2020, but Tim never made it, and he deleted all of his old props off of the snapshot page kek.
David Palmer’s ROTTEN content
Known as the “king of the divs,” David Palmer is a notorious pirate (seriously) and token shiller who made his biggest plunder on ROTTENSWAP when it pumped off the bottom in early 2021.
At the time, he had a partnership with FabTV & Marvel through a friend which allowed him to use licensed content with permission. He made a bunch of ridiculous voice-dubbed videos of movie stars shilling ROTTENSWAP, and even invented a few characters of his own, including Billy Bob Buttcrack and the ROTTEN PEPE Chef.
This is one of the main reasons ROTTENSWAP has an edge over the competition. It’s completely original, and doesn’t borrow heavily from anyone else’s IP.
2023 ROTTENSWAP NFT HALLOWEEN BLOWOUT
The upcoming ROTTENSWAP NFT drop for Halloween 2023 will include but not be limited to the following nothingburger NFTs:
- Shawshank ROTdemption
- Elon Musk variations including Pepe, Twitter, Mars, Bitcoin and Dogecoin
- Donald Trump NFT editions (minted in 2021 but never distributed)
- AND MORE!!!!!!!!!!!! (probably not)
